Obiettivi formativi
Fornire conoscenze teoriche e pratiche sulle tecniche di coltivazione e post raccolta con particolare riferimento alle filiere melo e nocciolo, nell’area piemontese (Italia nordoccidentale).
To provide theoretical and practical knowledge on the proper cultivation and post harvest handling of fruit a nut crops, with particular reference to the apple and hazelnut chain, in Piedmont (NW Italy).

Lo studente acquisirà e approfondirà le conoscenze relative ai sistemi frutticoli dell’Italia nordoccidentale, con particolare riferimento alle tecniche innovative di coltivazione e di post raccolta adottate in melicoltura e corilicoltura.
The student will acquire and improve the knowledge on tree cropping systems in North-West Italy, with special reference to techniques adopted in crop production and in post-harvest handling of apples and hazelnuts.

L’esame sarà orale e prevede in linea di massima 2 domande su argomenti diversi del modulo; il docente potrà fare ulteriori domande qualora questo fosse necessario per la miglior valutazione della preparazione dello studente. Ogni domanda avrà uguale peso ai fini della formazione del voto finale.
Oral test. As a general rule the exam is based on 2 questions on different arguments of the module; the teacher may ask further questions in case this is considered necessary for the most appropriate evaluation of the student. Each question will have the same weight for the attribution of the final mark.
